Return Policy

We don’t accept returns for WIGS due to the nature of the products and health reason. But if you have any issues with your order, please message us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you.

However, we could only accept returns if your item was not as specified, for example,if you got the wrong color or a wrong material was used. But please message us first before attempting a return. Email queenbcbraidedwigs@gmail.com

Upon such returns being accepted:

1) The lace MUST NOT be cut off the lace/damage. we will not accept returns if the lace has been cut off. 

2) You must ship back the item to me within 7 days of receiving it and send us the tracking number as well. Items posted after 7 days will NOT be accepted.
